စီမံကိန္းႏွင့္ ဘ႑ာေရးဝန္ႀကီးဌာန ဗဟိုစာရင္းအင္းအဖြဲ႔မွ ေကာက္ယူျပဳစုခဲ့ေသာ ျမန္မာ့ေနထိုင္မႈ အေျခအေနစစ္တမ္း၏ အဓိကညႊန္ကိန္းမ်ား အစီရင္ခံစာအား ရွင္းလင္းျခင္းႏွင့္ ျဖန္႔ေဝျခင္းကို ၂၀၁၉ ခုႏွစ္ မတ္လ ၁၇ ရက္ နံနက္ပိုင္းက ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕ Rose Garden Hotel ၌ က်င္းပခဲ့သည္။ ယင္းအခမ္းအနားတြင္ ရန္ကုန္တိုင္းေဒသႀကီးအစိုးရအဖြဲ႕၊ စီမံကိန္းႏွင့္ဘ႑ာေရးဝန္ႀကီး ဦးျမင့္ေသာင္း တက္ေရာက္၍ အဖြင့္ အမွာ စကား ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။ ယင္းေနာက္ ဗဟိုစာရင္းအင္းအဖြဲ႕၊ ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴးခ်ဳပ္ ဦးစန္းျမင့္က အဓိက ညႊန္ကိန္း(Key Indicator) မ်ားႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ ရွင္းလင္းတင္ျပခဲ့သည္။

Myanmar Standard Industrial Classification (MSIC)

Central Statistical Organization of the Ministry of Planning and Finance has published Myanmar Standard Industrial Classification (MSIC) of all economic sectors in both languages (Myanmar & English) in November 2018. MSIC is developed based on International Standard Industrial Classification (ISIC Revision 4) which explains all Economic Activities identified as a United Nations industry classification system. Transforming the Data Culture in Myanmar

Myanmar Statistics Forum 2018 was held at Myanmar International Convention Centre 2 in Nay Pyi Taw on 2 November 2018. The forum was opened by H.E U Henry Van Thio, Vice President followed by welcome remarks by Minister For Planning and Finance and development partners, prize awarding to winners of Statistics Quiz and data show. The Data Show gave opportunity to government departments as well as development partners alike to showcase examples of use of statistics and data in their daily work.
